Srinath Gururajarao is the CHRO & Vice President with Nexval Group a mortgage Banking & Media Services Organization & a Fellow at “The Learning & Performance Institute” London. His biggest motivation is a basic human need to do something different and impact lives around positively. He believes in the philosophy of creating “More Smiles Per Hour of Work”.

He recently has been instrumental in Designing & Developing an HR application called NexAEI an engagement tool with Leave & Attendance Modules & with a “VoiceBot” feature being introduced. He comes with a rich & diverse experience in Strategy Execution, Innovation & with a humane approach in People Practices.
He has authored 7 Intellectual Properties(IP’s) in HR, panning Business Intelligence Tools to Predictive HR Performance models within Human Resources. Srinath has been in leadership roles within Media, IT, ITes & banking Industries before & has worked with global organizations such as iGATE, Satyam BPO, SREI Group in various leadership capacities prior to Nexval.

Srinath holds various certifications & is a champion of microlearning with certifications in “Organisational Analysis” from Stanford, “People Analytics” & “Managing Social & Human Capital” from Wharton School, a Dale Carnegie Certified High Impact Presenter, a Certified Global Business Leader from & Harvard Business School Publishing, a “Design Thinker on Innovation”, from Darden School of Business, a certification in “Managing Company of Future” & “Global Diplomacy in Modern World “ from the University of London, “Sales Strategies” from Chicago Booth School of Business, Certified “Leadership in 21st Century Organizations” from Copenhagen School of Business. He is a certified “e-SCM Level 5 Quality Auditor” –[e-Sourcing Capability Model (e-SCM) is a framework developed by ITSqc at Carnegie Mellon University] a passionate public speaker representing various HR forums. He is also associated with an NGO as an Executive Member – Akshaya Vipra Mahasabha which helps educate students form economically backward communities.
