With a deep domain and Industry focus, he has authored 22+PoVs & articles commensurate with his industry exposure that includes Retail/CPG (Omni-channel customer engagement, Supply Chain, Merchandising & Customer Loyalty), Manufacturing, Travel & Hospitality (Hotels, Airlines/Airports/Ground Handling/Cargo & OTAs/TMCs), Logistics/SCM (Transport, Warehousing, Autonomous systems, Digital, RPA, AI & Blockchain) & BPM (Contact Center, Analytics & CRM).

He is a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader and Industry Coach for delivering sustainable results in BFSI, Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing & Logistics/SCM space using RPA, Cognitive & AI. He is currently associated with the Enterprise Operations Transformation (EOT) team at Wipro where he has led 70+ client conversations for solutions scoping & deal qualification.

Mehul has further been a part of events such as BSE IT conference in Mumbai, AI & Machine Learning conference in Pune and has been a guest faculty in the Logistics & SCM domain for institutes such as Narsee Monjee-Hyderabad, Siva Sivani Institute of Management-Hyderabad, London Business Academy- Hyderabad and JNTU School of Engineering-Hyderabad.
